When you upload audio files to Puretone, we temporarily store them in Firebase Storage for processing. Audio files are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain your audio files unless you explicitly save them to your account.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication. We use this information to manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.

2.3 Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles all payment card information securely and in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
