Puretone - AI Audio Noise Reduction

By accessing and using Puretone ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Puretone is an AI-powered audio noise reduction service that processes audio files to remove background noise and enhance audio quality. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload audio files that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Pricing and Payments

Processing audio files under 5 minutes is free. For longer files, you must purchase processing credits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@clearsound.app and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded audio files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Service itself, including all software and technology, is owned by Puretone.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puretone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
